The next chapter

We have big news! Nature's Calling is now an urban winery in Berlin! After years in the vineyards of the Palatinate, we're bringing the grapes directly to the capital. This marks the beginning of a new chapter, as we're now producing our wines right here in Berlin. Why are we doing this?

This allows us not only to save on glass transport but also to bring you closer to the entire production process. Currently, while our winery is still under construction, it's already a "Winery in Progress" (WIP), as we've already brought the first grapes back from the harvest in the Palatinate and processed them in our new facility.

More than just passion

The grapes, which we continue to source from the most beautiful locations in the most amazing wine-growing regions, are transported directly to Berlin after the harvest.

In our new Urban Winery, we process them using traditional methods and minimal intervention – entirely in line with our philosophy of natural wine.

This also means: no additives, no chemicals – the wines ferment spontaneously with natural yeasts and are then further matured in our Berlin cellar.

Of course, we brought support with us to Berlin. We are delighted to welcome Hannes – who has been by our side as a winemaker from the very beginning – as a permanent member of the Nature's Calling team in Berlin.

With Hannes as our cellar master, we look forward to soon being able to serve you the finest wines “made in Berlin” ;)
