Terms and Conditions (General Terms and Conditions – GTC)

Offer & Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors and omissions excepted.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to 9Volt UG (haftungsbeschränkt) to enter into a purchase contract. Receipt of your order will be confirmed by email (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

A purchase contract is concluded only once we confirm the ordered goods by sending an order confirmation/dispatch confirmation (“order acceptance”). The purchase contract is governed by German law. No purchase contract is concluded for products from the same order that are not listed in the order acceptance.

Electronic Communication

When you use naturescalling.de or send emails to us from your computer or mobile device, you communicate with us electronically. We will also communicate with you electronically, e.g. by email or by posting electronic messages or other communication on our website or in other areas of naturescalling.de.

For contractual purposes, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, and you agree that all consents, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal form requirements, unless mandatory legal provisions require a different form of communication.

Shipping

Nature’s Calling currently delivers within Germany only.

Shipping Costs within Germany

For orders with a total value of EUR 90.00 or more, we deliver free of charge within Germany. For orders below this value, we charge shipping fees of EUR 8.50.

Your shipment is insured against theft, loss, and damage.

We generally ship via DHL GoGreen. If you are not available for delivery, DHL will leave a DHL InfoNotice. The notice indicates the date it was left and whether it concerns the first, second, or final delivery attempt. If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be stored for five days at a nearby DHL branch before being returned to the sender.

Please always check your delivery upon receipt against the enclosed delivery note. Missing items or breakage must be reported to us immediately; otherwise, we cannot provide replacements or compensation. Please send any complaints of any kind immediately to info@naturescalling.de.

Delivery Time

We deliver as quickly as possible. If a shipment within Germany has not arrived within three to five (3–5) business days after receipt of the order, please contact us. We will immediately clarify the status of your shipment.

Discounts & Bank Charges

We do not generally grant cash discounts for credit card payments. Any discounts deducted without authorization will be reclaimed.

Prices and Payment Methods

The prices applicable are those valid at the time the customer places the order. All prices are final prices, including statutory VAT and, where applicable, sparkling wine tax (“Sektsteuer”).

Additional costs for special deliveries or costs incurred due to multiple delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.

We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay

Organic Certification

We are certified organic by DE-ÖKO-037. The certificate is renewed annually.

Protection of Minors

This online offering is intended only for your use if you have reached the legal minimum age for purchasing alcohol under the laws of your place of residence and/or the country from which you place an order in this shop. In Germany, you must be 18 years of age.

If this does not apply to you, you are violating laws and regulations. For our protection, each customer must legally confirm during the ordering process—by entering their date of birth—that they are of legal age according to the laws of their country.

Wine Characteristics / Natural Wine Notes

We specialize in wines that differ from the mainstream. Our wines may, in some cases, develop aromas that are unfamiliar to inexperienced wine drinkers. Notes ranging from vinegar-like tones to aromas described as “stable” or even “firecracker” may occur.

Natural wine may be cloudy. These are inherent characteristics and, in our view, do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the last goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
