Why cider?
Similar to natural wine, there are also immense differences between conventional ciders and ciders like the ones Arno produces: as naturally as possible.

Instead of pasteurized juice, only freshly pressed raw must is used.
No additives such as carbon dioxide, stabilizers, or sugar are used; instead, the ciders undergo spontaneous fermentation using only natural yeasts. No sulfur, filtration, or fining is required for these ciders; instead, they need plenty of time and patience.

The apples come from certified organic orchards, where tall trees of mixed varieties grow. This is the most beautiful cultivation method in terms of biodiversity and sustainability, not only because it provides habitat for all kinds of animal and insect species, but also because it helps preserve varieties. These orchards are home to old, native fruit varieties that would otherwise slowly die out.
