Jonas Bosch grew up on his grandfather's vineyard and learned winemaking practically from the ground up. After launching his first projects with his brother, he now works in Burrweiler in the Southern Palatinate as the operations manager for a renowned organic winery, where he also showed us some of his personal passion projects. Jonas aims to capture as much naturalness as possible in his wines. This starts with truly excellent grapes and exceptional vineyard sites, top-quality fruit harvested by hand, which is then simply nurtured in the cellar. This way, nothing needs to be added, and the grape varieties and vineyard sites can be expressed as naturally as possible.

With our Orange Riesling, Jonas has dared to do something special, departing from classic wine style: a completely skin-fermented Riesling, full of freshness, crisp acidity and lightness with only 10% alcohol.
